    Most of our clinicians accept insurances such as Aetna, Oscar, United HealthCare (no Medicare or Medicaid), and Oxford
  • What types of therapy do you offer?
    We offer a range of therapies including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
  • How do I book an appointment?

  • What should I expect during my first session?
    During your first session, your therapist will discuss your concerns, gather background information, and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs.
  • How long are therapy sessions?
    Sessions last about 50 minutes.
  • What are your fees?
    Sessions are $150 per session with the option of a cash discount at $120 for private pay sessions. Those using insurance will have a copay that is predetermined by their insurance and can be known before the session begins.
  • Are the sessions confidential?
    Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice.
  • Do you offer online therapy?
    Yes, we offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home. Our online sessions are conducted securely through HIPAA-compliant platforms.
  • How often should I come to therapy?
    The frequency of sessions is tailored to your needs and can be discussed with your therapist. Common options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
  • What qualifications do your therapists have?
    All our therapists are licensed professionals with extensive experience in mental health.
  • Can I involve my family or partner in my therapy?
    Yes, involving loved ones can be an important part of therapy, depending on the goals. We offer family and couples therapy, or your therapist may invite them to join specific sessions.
